Vigoron is a dish made with yucca, cabbage salad and pork rind. The story of the name comes from a lady named Maria Luisa Cisneros, "La Loca" from the city of Granada, back in 1914, used to love watching baseball and created this dish to sell it during the games, she came out with the name from a tonic that was very famous then called "vigoron" and it was supposed to built up your immune system and make you strong, so she used the name to give her dish a powerful name.
