Leche agria con tortilla hecha a mano!

Leche agria is buttermilk, every morning most people have leche agria, gallo pinto, queso and tortilla for breakfast. It's refreshing and very tasty, just like eating Greek yogurt. I love it with handmade tortilla and cheese. In every city or town in Nicaragua every morning there are streets vendors going house to house selling the leche agria. It's also very good for you stomach.
