Fried rice

Today I made fried rice, some people may say not Nicaraguan. Really? We have a huge Asian population in Nicaragua since way back then, before the 1972 earthquake, Restaurante Canton was one of them, my fried rice have chayote, carrots, and any other vegetable I have that goes well with it. I also made a ginger sauce to go with it 🥰🥰
