Carne Chorizada

If you like chorizo, you'll love this dish, it has the same seasonings of chorizo, but it's made with grown beef, potatoes, chayotes, and baby corn. It's served with rice, boiled plantain and avocado. I've added cheese to add more flavor to the dish.
